Enjoy this feel-good three bedroom home located in Merida’s Centro Historico near all of the sights you want to see and experience. Only a few blocks from the Central Plaza and even closer to the famous Paseo de Montejo with its many restaurants, shops, bars and museums; the Peon Contreras theater, home of the Yucatan Symphony; Parque Santa Ana with its daily fresh market stalls; Merida’s newest restaurant row on Calle 47; and much, much more, all in easy walking distance.
The three master bedrooms all have private en suites with one located in the casita, at the far end of the garden/pool area, for complete privacy. Near the pool is another full bathroom/changing area for swimmer’s convenience. All bedrooms are air conditioned as well as the living room and library. The living room has an 82″flat screen TV with another smaller TV in the lounge area of the open kitchen/dining room/lounging area in front of the pool. This “L” shaped area wraps around the pool with screened walls/doors for the real Merida indoor/outdoor experience.
Everything is new and of first quality. This is a great house for a couple (the casita can be closed off and only the first two bedrooms rented at a lower rate) or for a family. It is the perfect vacation house with air-conditioning, fast internet, dishwasher (rare in Merida), washer/dryer, CD and book libraries, very large pool and great relaxing, entertaining, cooking and dining spaces for everyone in your group.
